Samantha Kalsow

Samantha Kalsow works as a Senior Talent Analytics Consultant at Kronos Inc. She works within Talent Acquisition and HR analyzing data points across the employee lifecycle to help create a better candidate experience, hire great people, and support Kronos’ HR and TA functions. Before starting at Kronos, Sam worked as the Assistant Director for the Organizational Effectiveness Research Group, a consulting group run by the IO program at Minnesota State University, Mankato. She managed over 20 consultants on over 15 different projects with clients across the country. Some of her projects included developing gamefied training programs, writing white papers on selection practices, and providing insights from survey analyses.

 

Sam received her M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato and earned her B.A. in Psychology and Legal Studies from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Samantha recently moved to Massachusetts in 2018 and has been enjoying everything New England has to offer!
