Virtual Event - Kick Some Glass (1)
Time & Location
About The Event
The facts are clear. Although women are half of the world's population and the majority of college graduates, the equal ratio of women to men at entry levels in the workforce drops significantly beginning at mid-level management. Only a quarter of C-suite roles---at best---are held by women. We (CCL) wanted to understand why and---more importantly---how to address it. Our research revealed actions for women, men, organizations, and policymakers. Let's explore some of them in this session!
A recording of the program will be shared with all paid registrants following the event.
