Aaron Kraus, MA

​

Aaron Kraus is the Assistant Vice President of Talent for Liberty Mutual Insurance's Middle Market business. He has responsibility for designing and driving talent and organizational strategies to meet the constantly evolving demands of employees and customers. He previously led teams responsible for global employee experience, employee listening, selection, pre-hire assessment, leadership assessment, and job analysis. Aaron earned a MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron where he expects to have completed his doctorate in 2023.

Paul Coppola, MBA

​

Paul Coppola is an Assistant Vice President of Learning, Development, and Performance at CVS Health. He has over 20 years of service operations excellence, business strategy implementation, leadership, program design, organization, and cultural development experience in fortune 500 companies. Paul specializes in group and team dynamics, team building, coaching, emotional intelligence, Kantor Structural Dynamics, Myers Briggs, learning agility, personal branding, organization assessments, and well-being. He holds an MBA from the University of Hartford and is a doctoral candidate in organization and leadership psychology at William James. Paul also earned a Blackbelt in Six Sigma and is certified in Scaled Agile Delivery and Consumer Experience.  His research interests include burnout, diversity, equity and inclusion, and team and group dynamics.

Carmine Gibaldi, Ph.D.​

Carmine Gibaldi is a Full Professor of Management, Organizational Behavior and Entrepreneurship at St John’s University. He recently became part of the faculty at the Bologna Business School (Global MBA programme) as a Visiting Professor, where he teaches a course in People Management and serves as an Adjunct Professor at Harvard University. He has served as Co-Chair of Strategic Planning at St John’s University, and an Organizational Consultant, Executive Coach, and is a Fulbright Scholar. He has over 30 years of experience in the education and corporate consulting sectors. He has published in the areas of Human Resource Management, Career Planning and Development, and Strategic Planning, among others. His present research and writing are in the areas of ‘Workplaces Shifting from Onsight to Virtual Work’ (an accepted chapter in an Academy of Management soon to be released publication), ‘Fear/s Connected to COVID 19 and Returning to the Workplace’, and ‘Intrapreneurship and Working Virtually’. His most recent book, published in 2019, is titled Organizational Behavior in a Global Context. He has written and delivered over 50 professional papers at international conferences. He has many personal interests, including serving on two non-profit boards. He presently serves as the Board Chair of the Sansone Foundation, in Brooklyn, New York and as a board member of Greenwich House in New York City. He is on the Alumni Board of Columbia University, and President of the Teachers College – Columbia University Alumni Association.
