Dave Hoff, M.Ed.
Since joining EASI•Consult in 2003, David has led EASI•Consult’s efforts to establish a Federal practice. He led organizational transformation projects at several agencies along with various projects addressing research issues. He leads leadership development programs for several private sector organizations specializing on high potential leaders.
More recently, David’s emphasis has been on establishing the Burke Learning Agility Suite of Assessments in the U.S. and globally. He writes articles for Training Industry, Wilmington Business Journal, and Talent Quarterly. He and Warner Burke are the authors of Learning Agility: The Key to Leader Potential.
Prior to EASI•Consult, David worked as Vice President for HR at Dimension Data and Director and Managing Director for International HR at Proxicom, which was acquired by Dimension Data. David spent 17 years at Anheuser-Busch Companies, Inc. and held positions as Director of International Human Resources, Director of Human Resource Development and Selection, Manager of Management Development and Training and Organization Development Consultant.
In addition to a deep background in talent management, David has more than 10 years of international experience in Asia, Latin America, and Europe. Early in his career David worked with David McClelland at McBer and Company on the identification and application of competencies.
David holds a M.Ed. and M.A. from Teachers College, Columbia University where he continues to participate in their Alumni Council. David and his wife, Susan, live in Wilmington, NC and have three adult sons.
