Rik Nemanick, PhD

Rik Nemanick, PhD, is a co-founder of the firm The Leadership Effect, which focuses on helping organizations identify and develop their leadership talent. Rik has been helping clients with mentoring since 2000, working with companies that include Anheuser-Busch, Massachusetts General Hospital, Build-A-Bear Workshop, Boeing, and Monsanto. He is also the author of the book, The Mentor’s Way, which is a guide for mentors to help bring the best out of others.

 

In addition to his work on mentoring, Rik helps clients through leadership assessment, executive coaching, and leadership training. He is adjunct faculty in the masters of human resources program at Washington University in St. Louis. Rik earned his doctorate in organizational psychology at Saint Louis University.
