Rachel Callan Ph.D
Rachel Callan is an applied researcher working on the People Science team at Humu. Previously, she worked on a data science team focused on talent analytics at Liberty Mutual, conducting research using a variety of methods including archival data, quasi-experimental designs, and randomized controlled experiments. She received her Masters and Doctorate in I-O Psychology from Old Dominion University. Additionally, she completed an internship in the Department of Defense conducting employee selection testing research. Her research interests include the use of social media in employee selection, gamification in employee training, understanding the drivers of employee turnover, and outcomes of employee engagement.
