Executive Team

Our executive team provides leadership to the organization and holds regular virtual meetings monthly. The team is composed of the President, VP of Programs, VP of Sponsorships, VP of Membership, VP of Marketing & CommunicationVP of Technology / Web Administrator, Treasurer, and Secretary/Historian.

Devin Stack - President

Devin Stack is an Industrial/Organizational Psychology practitioner and Talent leader with over a decade of experience spanning assessment, people analytics, and leadership development. Currently serving as Learning and Talent Enablement Lead at Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Devin specializes in translating data into actionable workforce insights — building dashboards, designing measurement frameworks, and applying advanced analytics to shape how organizations learn and grow.

 

Prior to Takeda, Devin consulted on people analytics at Boston Consulting Group and held an L&D leadership role at Dragonfly Ltd in Hong Kong, where he managed international training programs and drove improvements in staff retention and training satisfaction. He holds a Master's in I/O Psychology from the University at Albany and is currently President of Baystate IO, a Boston-based professional community supporting local I/O practitioners.

Ryan McCreedy - VP of Strategic Partnerships

Dr. Ryan McCreedy is a Director at Slalom Consulting where he leads Talent & Culture consulting for the Americas. He is a scholar-practitioner of leadership and organizational psychology, primarily advising Fortune 500 clients on approaching organizational change, culture transformation, and talent development with evidence-based practices and brain science. Dr. McCreedy has led organizational effectiveness projects across many industries, including many well-known financial services, life sciences, and consumer goods companies. Additionally, he supports Slalom’s HabLab research partnerships with UPenn’s Wharton School and NYU’s Stern School studying applications of neuroscience and psychology at work. He conducts research actively and is an Instructor at Harvard, where he completed his master’s degree focused on management and organizational behavior. Dr. McCreedy completed his doctorate in Leadership Psychology at William James College, concentrating on the neuroscience of organizational and team dynamics. His work bridges academic research and practical applications, focusing on how neuroscientific insights can be applied to real-world workforce challenges, including the relationship between developmental psychology and AI proliferation in the workplace.

Sarah Traub - VP of Programs

Sarah is a People and Culture leader with over a decade of HR experience and holds her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. She recently earned her Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland. 

Her experience in global, matrixed organizations spans across the employee lifecycle, encompassing global culture-building efforts, recognition programs, employee listening, strategic communication, and performance management. She is passionate about the employee experience (EX) space and creating evidence-based, human-centric cultures where employees feel seen, heard, and aligned with an organization’s mission and values. 

 

Beyond her professional work, she loves all things related to health and wellness, including nutrition, Pilates, yoga, cooking new recipes, and exploring new grocery stores.

Sarah enjoys collaborating with other practitioners and deeply values learning from diverse perspectives. She is excited to be part of the BayState IO community and connect with others who are passionate about I/O Psychology.

Jacquie Gordon - VP of Marketing & Communication

Throughout her career, Jacquie has navigated diverse organizational structures and cultures, leading cross-functional teams through change and uncertainty, and witness organizational ineffectiveness first hand. These experiences, combined with her deep interest in individual and group motivation and team effectiveness, led her to pivot to a career in the people and IO space.

 

Jacquie is currently a culture and change enthusiast working in the transformation group at Slalom Consulting in Boston. In this role, Jacquie helps lead large scale change and digital transformation for impactful organizations across New England. Prior to this role, Jacquie lead internal change management at a large environmental services company in Boston. She also spent seven years working in marketing before transitioning into the IO space. Jacquie holds IO Psychology Masters degree from the Harvard Extension School and an undergraduate BSBA degree from Washington University in St. Louis, in Marketing and Psychology.

  

Jacquie loves the Boston area and being a part of the BayState IO community. She is always open to restaurant recommendations, running routes, or fun happenings around Boston.

Rachel Slayton - VP of Member Experience

Rachel is an organizational development consultant and HR practitioner. She specializes in talent strategy consulting, recruiting, and project management. Rachel has worked with a diverse range of organizations including early-stage startups, non-profits, and higher education institutions. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and Anthropology from Brandeis University and a M.A. in Organizational Psychology from William James College.

Janell Saville - Secretary / Historian

Janell Saville brings over 20 years of experience across operations, strategy, and technology in both startup and global corporate environments. As a career changer into Industrial–Organizational Psychology, she brings both practitioner experience and academic insight to the field. She earned her Master’s degree in I/O Psychology from Harvard Extension School and is currently pursuing a PsyD in Leadership with a concentration in Neuroscience. Janell’s work centers on leadership development and executive coaching, and she is passionate about supporting the Baystate IO community and advancing the practice of I/O psychology in New England.

Kevin Lambert - VP of Finance and Operations

Kevin Lambert is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Eagle Eye Consulting & Training, an organizational development consulting firm that works with healthcare institutions, government agencies, and mission-driven organizations operating in high-risk, high-accountability environments. His work focuses on strengthening organizational effectiveness, leadership capacity, and culturally responsive systems of care.

Kevin is also an adjunct lecturer in Organizational Psychology at William James College and a U.S. Army veteran who served three years in the Infantry, including a 16-month deployment to Iraq. With more than 20 years of cross-sector experience spanning government, nonprofit, and academic sectors, he brings expertise in organizational assessment, leadership development, and systems improvement within complex service organizations.
