Volunteers
BayState IO Volunteers have a chance to grow their network, professional and leadership skills, and contribute to BayState IO’s evidence-based community of professionals who apply psychology to work. As we expand our member and program offerings in 2024, keep an eye out for new volunteer opportunities here.
Lynn Larson - Institutional Liaison Volunteer
At the Harvard Division of Continuing Education, I help manage the master’s degree programs in Management, Finance, and Industrial-Organizational Psychology, working on course offerings and program design. I just started work on my DBA degree, and I plan to do research in the area of well-being at work. A healthy work/life balance is very important to me, and I enjoy taking walks and playing with my dog, Teddy Bear, and sometimes we even let my husband, Troy, join in. I’m excited to be a new member of this community and can’t wait to contribute and learn from everyone!
Faith Hassell - Marketing and Communications Volunteer
Hello! I hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from SUNY New Paltz and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Georgetown University. After several years in HR, I transitioned to a community-facing role where I focus on building relationships with community leaders and navigating complex issues and customer concerns. I have recently rejoined the field of I/O Psychology with BayState I/O, where I am eager to learn and connect with all of you. In my spare time I love to read and drink a good cup of tea!
