AI & Work: IO Psych Perspectives on Work Impacts of AI

We are excited to announce an upcoming panel discussion on the impacts of AI to the working world and to the field of I-O psychology, featuring three accomplished experts in the field of Industrial-Organizational Psychology: Alexandra Dmytriw, Neil Morelli, and Cole Napper.

As a Senior Director at Gartner, Alexandra Dmytriw will bring her expertise in using AI to develop talent strategies for global companies. Neil Morelli, the Chief IO Psychologist at Codility, will share his experience in AI for job assessment and the impact of AI on the technology workforce. Cole Napper, well-known podcaster and VP of People Analytics at Orgnostic, will provide his insights on generative AI for employee listening and implications for the fields of IO and data analytics.

The panel will delve into topics such as AI for employee sensing, people analytics, and implications to job design while providing opportunities to network with other IO psychologists in the Boston area and engage in a thought-provoking discussion with some of the leading experts in the field.
