How to Get the IO Psych Job

Finding a career with your IO psychology degree doesn’t have to be scary! Often folks in a career pivot or currently in an IO program feel spooked around translating their skills and experience to the business setting. Employers may use different language than academia when it comes to theory, research and the application of IO psychology. Join us for an engaging, interactive conversation that will focus on bridging the gap between all of these perspectives. The evening will entail networking and group discussions from academics, career advisors, business professionals, and students; all perspectives are welcome and encouraged.
