Michael Vodianoi

Michael Vodianoi is the Principal Consultant for OD Solutions at MHS Assessments, where he leads the design of leadership training and coaching programs for companies around the world. He is passionate about evidence-based management and science communication, and served on the Board of Directors of ScienceForWork, an educational platform that helps leaders use scientific research to improve their management decision-making, with over 80,000 readers per year.

 

Michael has a master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University.
