Developing a Team of Change Leaders: Followership, Personality, & Peer Nomination

For this BayState IO event, Paul Mastrangelo (First Domino Consulting) is presenting workshop material from the Build the Cast segment of his Infectious Change Design workshop focusing on how to create a team of change leaders. Learn how the scientific study of personality and social networks help identify which nominated employees best fit the role of early adopters who have the most influence on those likely to be later adopters. Techniques and thinking for this feature come from publications on Followership/Collaborative Leadership and from empirical research on personality assessment, emergent leadership, social networks (strong vs. weak ties), and peer-nominated action teams.
