Future of Work Panel: Implications of the Post-Covid World

We are thrilled to announce an upcoming panel discussion on the future of work post-COVID, featuring three renowned experts in the field of Industrial-Organizational Psychology: Aaron Kraus, Paul Coppola, and Carmine Gibaldi.

As the Assistant Vice President of Talent for Liberty Mutual Insurance's Middle Market business, Aaron Kraus will bring his expertise in designing and driving talent and organizational strategies to the discussion. Paul Coppola, the Assistant Vice President of Learning, Development, and Performance at CVS Health, will share his 20+ years of experience in business strategy implementation, leadership, and organizational development. Carmine Gibaldi, a Full Professor of Management, Organizational Behavior, and Entrepreneurship at St John’s University and a Visiting Professor at Bologna Business School and Harvard University, will provide his insights on the shifting workplace and virtual work, based on his extensive research and writing on the topics.
